Service Representative

No experience necessary, but prior outside service experience such as plumbing, electric, etc. are a plus. The candidate must be mechanically inclined, have a passion for learning the skills of this profession and desire to solve problems. The primary responsibilities for this position are testing and analyzing water, and the service and repair of water treatment equipment. Must be able to troubleshoot pump and well problems. This position reports to a Service Manager or in his absence, the Operations Manager. This is an hourly paid position. The pay is determined by the skills of the person applying. We offer health insurance, paid holidays and vacations. Background checks are required.

Applicant must have technical aptitude and the ability to use both hand and power tools, and be able to lift 65 lbs to a height of four feet off the floor. A High School Diploma/ GED is preferred. A valid driverʼs license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation is required. Applicant must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and basic math skills. This is an hourly paid position 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday with rotational weekend emergency work for out of water customers. Must have superior customer relationship skills and be comfortable working in residential homes as well as commercial properties. Non smokers preferred.

Sales Representative

Experienced salesperson to join our 24 year old company in beautiful southwest Florida. Naples/Ft Myers is one of the fastest growing and sought after areas in the country. Residential and commercial leads produced from walk-in and call-ins, generated through two stores, TV commercials, website advertising, home shows, magazines ads and repeat customers. Very few after dark appointments, no telemarketing. Commission, medical insurance, gas reimbursement and training salary are offered. This is a premium position and requires a complete background check. Must have a high school diploma, some college, past sales training, mechanical aptitude, math skills and letter writing ability along with a pleasing personality.

Full time position for a male/female experienced with computers, printers, office equipment, multi-line phone systems and understand basic accounting. This position will entail the use of Cougar Mountain Accounting Software and Microsoft Office. Duties will include but are not limited to: greeting customers, processing sales, scheduling service calls and helping the Service Dept., along with balancing the checkbooks, making the daily bank deposit, and accounts receivable maintenance and collections. Some store merchandising, counter retail sales and light housekeeping of store.

Full time position to manage and control the day to day activities of a Retail Water Store by assisting customers and working in harmony with the bookkeeping and service department and administration.
